The Internationally-Educated Dentists Program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry (UF COD) is a four-year program that leads to a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree and was designed for internationally educated dentists. This program, when successfully completed, affords internationally educated dentists the opportunity to apply for licensure to practice dentistry in any state in the United States. Florida residents have priority in admission to this program. To be eligible for admissions, you must be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent resident visa, and proof of your status. Participants will join the first-year predoctoral class at the time of matriculation and move with the class through the four years of curriculum. Up to two students may be accepted into this program each year.
