Letters of Evaluation Instructions
If you are currently attending a GPR, AEGD, fellowship, associateship or other post-doctoral training program, please include a letter of evaluation from the director of your program. This may be an additional letter on your behalf.
Other Requirement Instructions
Starting 7/1/2025, all matriculating residents to Pennsylvania-based dental programs within the Jefferson system, must be eligible to receive an unrestricted Pennsylvania dental license.

Additional Information
A passing grade on the NBDE Part I is required for application and Part II for matriculation into the program. If taken, INBDE must be passed for matriculation.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2025
All applicants must sumbit the following to Einstein:
- 2"x2" color photo
- $95 application fee
International applicants must submit the following to Einstein:
- official TOEFL scores.
- Evaluation of non-US dental degrees by approved credentialing service. That evaluation MUST indicate that your non-US dental degree is EQUIVALENT to that of a US DDS or DMD dental degree.
All matriculating residents must be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania dental license. This is a requirment for all dental residents in Jefferson programs.
