o Official three (3) current letters of professional reference from a dental school dean, dental faculty, dental department chairs, dental directors, supervise faculty, or dentists who have supervised your work.
TOEFL Requirement Instructions

o Official TOEFL Essential Score Report (passing score of 85 or higher on a web-based exam) School Code: 2285 (TOEFL scores expire after 2 years and must be from February 8, 2023, or later)

Will also accept Certified of Naturalization or F1 Visa holder or Employment Authorization Card with the United States of America Social Security Number to apply.
The ADAT exam is NOT required.
