Transcript Evaluation and Instructions
An official dental college transcript must be sent directly to ADEA PASS. All applicants are required to submit official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores. No exceptions.
Letters of Evaluation Instructions
Three performance evaluation forms/letters of evaluation are required to be submitted to ADEA PASS in addition to the dental college dean's evaluation (IEF).
TOEFL Requirement Instructions
Applicants born outside the United States whose native language is not English must submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT). A minimum score of 100 overall with at least 26 in the speaking section is required. All scores must be submitted through ADEA PASS. TOEFL scores older than five years may be reviewed if submitted.

We consider applications only from candidates who are U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents with approved green card status.

Eligibility Requirements
GRE: The highest score from all GRE attempts will be considered.
GPA: Applicants with a GPA of 3.6 or higher are encouraged to apply.
Class Rank: Class rank MUST be reported in the Dean’s letter.
Citizenship: Applications are considered only from U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents with approved green card status.
TOEFL: Applicants whose native language is not English must submit TOEFL iBT scores as required by the program.

Approximately 20–25 applicants are invited for interviews each year. Interview invitations are typically sent in September or early October, with interviews generally scheduled later in October and early November.
Applicants are not permitted to observe in the program June - August.
