The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at the Ostrow School of Dentistry offers two courses of study:
- A 48-month course leading to a certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery. This course is conducted at the Ostrow School of Dentistry and the LAC+USC Medical Center and provides graduates with the necessary background for certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The course is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A 72-month MD/certificate course, offered in conjunction with the Keck School of Medicine of USC, which leads to a medical degree in addition to the certificate.
