The Residency Program
The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center is fully accredited a four-year training program. The program is fully accredited by the American Dental Association and approved by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. There are four positions available, one for each year of training. The fourth year is the Chief Resident level.
The residents are exposed to the full scope of current, state-of-the-art oral and maxillofacial surgery i.e trauma, orthognathics, temporomandibular joint surgery, reconstructive and implant surgery, and sedation and general anesthetic procedures. The program is based off a strong academic and research curriculum.
