The program in Prosthodontics is a thirty-six month course of study, commencing on July 1st of each year. The program is designed to encompass the main areas of prosthodontics, namely, fixed, removable, implant, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and TMD. Upon successful completion of the program, the student will be awarded a certificate in prosthodontics and a Master of Science Degree in Dentistry and will be eligible to take the American Board of Prosthodontics Certifying Examination. The thirty-six month course of study includes the following: (1) seminars in clinically oriented basic science courses, (2) instruction in advanced clinical procedures, (3) clinical science courses, which include occlusion, oral medicine, oral pathology, prosthetics, orofacial pain, and other multidisciplinary courses, and (4) research project (required) in the basic sciences or clinical areas.
Up to three applicants are selected each year; candidates should possess competitive academic credentials and have demonstrated an interest and knowledge in prosthodontics and superior hand skills. Additional experience beyond dental school strengthens the applicant's credentials. Applications from graduates of non-ADA accredited dental schools may be considered.

Transcript Evaluation and Instructions
Unofficial transcripts are accepted for consideration during the application process. If an enrollment offer is extended, official transcripts and an INDBE PASS score are required. Dental school and any other post-grad education transcripts are to be included.
TOEFL Requirement Instructions
TOEFL scores are required for those who have received dental school training outside the United States of America and Canada.
