Other Requirement Instructions

  1. For NBDE Scores, we require both, Part 1 and Part 2, to be submitted with your PASS application. (No need to send it to the Program).
  2. If you took INBDE or plan to take it soon, you don't need to submit your scores prior to interview, but a Pass score is required prior to matriculation. 
  3. We require all accepted residents to apply for the Virginia Dental License.
    • As of January 2023, for those applicants that have been working for less than 5 years, the Board will only accept applicants who apply for licensure by examination and will only accept the ADEX Exam. Please refer to their website for more information on the requirements of application. https://www.dhp.virginia.gov/Boards/Dentistry/PractitionerResources/GuidanceDocuments/
  4. A supplemental fee of $75 will be required. This can be sent via mail to our Program as a check or mail order.

International Student Eligibility

This program will consider applicants who graduated, or plan to graduate, from a non-CODA accredited dental school: No

Applicants are eligible to enroll if they are:

  • US Citizen
  • US Permanent Resident
  • Canadian Citizen
  • Canadian Permanent Resident

Additional Information

  1.  Notarized copy of your dental school diploma is required for matriculation after acceptance to the program, but not for the application process.
  2. Checks:
    1. We will accept the check as long as it is postmarked before September 15. 
    2. They will be cashed at the end of the Application process. Please allow 2-3 weeks after September 15 to see your check processed. 
    3. We will let you know via email if we have not received your check once we review your application.
    4. We do not have an electronic form of payment.
