Montefiore is the teaching center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and consists of 10 hospitals with 1,400 residents/fellows, 2,000 physicians and over 30,000 total employees. Ten dental sites are integrated with medical and allied health colleagues in a nationally recognized clinical and teaching environment.
Accredited in 1985, the Montefiore Orthodontics Residency program has a long history of providing a high volume, fast-paced and challenging environment that allows residents to encounter a wide array of orthodontic and craniofacial cases. Our division prides itself on providing interceptive and comprehensive orthodontic care to patients of all ages from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The program is positioned to be on the cutting edge of technology and training and as a result, equips residents with diverse opportunities to succeed in private practice and academics. We strive to nurture connections between colleagues in a supportive and caring environment.
