Program Contact
The graduate certificate program in Periodontology is designed to qualify candidates for specialty practice and examination for certification by the American Board of Periodontology. It is a 36 month, continuous program (12 academic quarters). The program consists of course work in the basic sciences, laboratory, theory, clinic, and research in related fields; a VA rotation is included. A MS degree is offered and is encouraged but not required. The program begins on the last week of June each year.
