St Barnabas Hospital is located in the Belmont section of the Bronx . The Department of Dentistry has a long history of providing dental postgraduate training including advanced programs in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics and dental anesthesia. St. Barnabas is a level one trauma center and serves a diverse patient population .The program provides a broad range of experiences in both clinical and didactic education. The St Barnabas GPR provides a comprenhensive resident experience including the oppurtunity for implant placement and restoration, laser dentistry, rotary endodontics, advanced exodontia and fixed/removeable prosthodontics. The clinics have computerized charting, record keeping and appointments and digital radiographs including pan/cephs and CBCT and scanning devices for impressioning. Each resident works with a dental assistant. Interview Schedule
Interviews are mostly held on Monday and Friday afternoons between August and November. Invites to interview will be made once applications are reviewed. When invited for interview, available dates will be presented to candidates.
