St. Luke's University Health Network offers a 1 year CODA approved General Practice Residency program. We have two sites the residents will practice at - one in Bethlehem, PA and one in Allentown, PA. You can apply to our program with one application through PASS, however we will have two seperate MATCH numbers for you to rank your preference.

International Student Eligibility
This program will consider applicants who graduated, or plan to graduate, from a non-CODA accredited dental school: No
Applicants are eligible to enroll if they are:
- US Citizen
- US Permanent Resident
- Canadian Citizen
- Canadian Permanent Resident
- All applicants to the St. Luke's GPR Program must: • Be graduates of a fully ADA accredited United States or Canadian dental school • Be eligible for a limited permit or license in Pennsylvania • Non-US graduates applicants must complete Internationally Trained DMD or DDS Program which is designed to enable qualified dentists educated outside the United States or Canada to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) or (DDS) degree following a special 27 months didactic and clinical program.
Interview Schedule
Every Friday starting in October 2024.
