The Cleveland Dental Institute is a fully accredited program offering clinical and didactic experience in all areas of dentistry to U.S. and International dental school graduates. Residents are supervised and mentored by attending dental staff of general restorative dentists, oral surgeon, endodontist, periodontist, and pediatric specialist.  There is also a heavy emphasis on risk management, documentation, and Ethics.

Resident doctors also receive advanced training through medical rotations that include General Anesthesia (OR), and Emergency Room experience in a hospital setting.  Resident Doctors participate in ACLS and BLS training, thorough operating room dentistry, attending and resident presentations, table clinic presentations and continuing education courses offered through Cleveland Dental Institute.

Clinical experience is heavily focused on Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implant treatment planning and restoration. Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, and comprehensive Restorative Dentistry, and provision of IV Sedation when applicable. Rotations may be scheduled within other Cleveland Dental Institute locations.
