TOEFL Requirement Instructions
If your native language is not English, the TOEFL is required. Scores are to be submited before the application deadline (September 1st). The minimum score for TOEFL is 100.
Other Requirement Instructions
A separate Temple University application and fee of $75 are required when applying to the Orthodontics Graduate Certificate program. Please visit our website using the link below to make your payment.
*In addition, our program requires a letter explaining your interest in the Department of Orthodontics at Temple University. This letter MUST be uploaded into PASS. This is separate from your personal statement.

Additional Information
A passing grade on the National Boards Part I is required for application, and Part II for matriculation into the program.
If taken MUST pass INBDE for matriculation.
