Letters of Evaluation Instructions
A minimum of three recommendations are required with at least one from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Evaluations and recommendations can be submitted through PASS.
International Student Eligibility
This program will consider applicants who graduated, or plan to graduate, from a non-CODA accredited dental school: No
Applicants are eligible to enroll if they are:
- US Citizen
- US Permanent Resident
- All applicants must be currently enrolled in an U.S. ADA-accredited dental school, or hold a DDS or DMD degree from an U.S. ADA-accredited dental school and be a current U.S. Citizen. Dentists with degrees from foreign countries and/or non-U.S. citizens are not eligible for our program.
Additional Information
CBSE scores are required for all applicants. Our deadline is Aug. 15 for all materials except the CBSE score. We will accept CBSE scores after this date. If a CBSE score is still pending on Aug. 15, we ask that candidates forward us the score as soon as it is received and it will be reviewed with no penalty.
