Letters of Evaluation Instructions
Must have 3 letters of recommendation uploaded in PASS. One must be from a Prosthodontist.
TOEFL Requirement Instructions
TOEFL exam is required for all international candidates per Graduate school guidelines. The minimum score is 100 on the internet based test.
Official TOEFL scores must be uploaded to PASS.
