Transcript Evaluation and Instructions

ALL undergraduate transcripts must either be sent directly from the University or each applicant can get them notizied and then send them to kmthomas@uchc.edu.   

Optional:  Official undergraduate transcripts in sealed envelops from the University may be mailed to:

Dental School transcripts must be uploaded to PASS.
