TOEFL Requirement Instructions

A minimum TOEFL (internet-based) score of 80 for tests taken before January 2026, or 4.0 under the new scoring scale for tests taken January 2026 or later, is required. Please note that TOEFL scores expire after two years. For the 2026-2027 application cycle, TOEFL scores must be from July 1, 2025 or later. For the TOEFL, scores must be from the same test date (the “MyBest Scores” are not accepted or considered). The TOEFL ITP is not accepted for admissions purposes.

This program will consider applicants who graduated, or plan to graduate, from a non-CODA accredited dental school: Yes

Applicants are eligible to enroll if they are:

  • US Citizen
  • US Permanent Resident
  • To be eligible for admission, you must be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent resident (green card holder) with proof of status. A temporary resident (green card holder) will NOT be eligible

Priority Consideration – September 1, 2026

While the final deadline is October 1, applicants whose applications are completed and verified by September 1 are more likely to receive priority consideration for interviews. Applications submitted after September 1 will still be reviewed; however, they may have a reduced likelihood of being selected for an interview.
