Rotations: Oral Pathology, General Anesthesia rotation 6 weeks; OMFS/IV Sedation twice per month; Literature Review Course and Case Presentation and Treatment Planning Seminar 5 hrs/wk.

Transcript Evaluation and Instructions

Official transcripts accepted through PASS. Those that completed dental degrees outside the US and Canada must submit an official WES ICAP course-by-course evaluation to PASS.  

ECE not accepted. 

TOEFL Requirement Instructions

TOEFL is mandatory for applicants who have obtained their dental degree from a dental school outside the US and Canada. A rating score of 4.5 must be achieved (which is equivalent to 86+).  We do not accept My Best Scores or Home Editions of TOEFL. TOEFL score must be valid for 2 years.
