The University of Washington Graduate Prosthodontics program is a CODA accredited 3-year residency training program. The program includes instruction in Fixed Prosthodontics, Removable Prosthodontics, Implant Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics. Students completing the program are awarded a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry. The Master of Science in Dentistry degree (MSD) requires planning, executing and defending an acceptable research project in addition to the didactic and clinical prosthodontic training.

Transcript Evaluation and Instructions
- Official Dental School Transcript
- For foreign dental school transcripts, evaluations from Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or World Education Services (WES) are required.
- Unofficial undergraduate transcript
Letters of Evaluation Instructions
- Minimum of 3 Professional Evaluation Forms (PEFs) which are similar to traditional letters of evaluation.

TOEFL Requirement Instructions
A valid official TOEFL score must be submitted from ETS TOEFL to PASS for all applicants whose native language is not English. A minimum score of 100 on iBT is required for admission. TOEFL iBT Home Edition or TOEFL MyBest scores are not accepted.
